Mother Nature knows best, and we will wait and breed Ziva early in 2016 to a stud to be determined. Patience is key when it comes to breeding!
Puppies expected

Kiefer, CH Kidkees Island Guru RE, has been bred to Ziva, Kidkees Make No Mistake RN CGC NA OAJ and we expect puppies in November. We believe these puppies will be gorgeous, with correct structure and fabulous working temperaments. A wait list is forming.
Ziva happily does it all! She is a working therapy dog, visiting veterans and reading with kids. She has many agility titles and competes in Rally. She needs only a major win for her AKC Championship. She has five in her first litter, and of those, one has earned TWO 5 point majors and has gone BOS over specials. Another is major pointed at a specialty his first show weekend, with a novice owner. A third is also pointed. I expect similar results with the coming litter!

Ziva and Tallinn were fantastic ambassadors for our breed today in Cannon Beach. We talked with at least 50 folks about the Keeshond breed and some took contact information. One family was from Stuttgart, Germany! It is always very rewarding getting to share my beloved dogs with others. After visiting with so many and walking the beach, they lay at my feet at an outdoor cafe while I ate lunch. Perfect!

What’s new? a lot!
At the Mt. Hood Keeshond Club Specialties in December, Alex (Kidkees Sweet Child O’Mine) was Winner’s Dog for one and BOW in another for a 3 point major his first weekend out, with his wonderful teen owner/handler! He was also Best Opp in Puppy Sweeps both shows. Alex is owned and loved by the Gow family.

Tallinn (Kidkees Sweet Escape) was Best in Puppy Sweeps both shows, and was Reserve Winner’s Bitch twice that weekend.
Wicket (Kidkees That’s the Sweet Spot) has been WD twice for his first points.
Puck (CH Kidkees Make ’em Laugh CGC) has been picking up Select points toward his Grand CH. He is also doing great in agility classes!
Logan (CH Kidkees Island Mischief Maker) has been busy with agility classes, and recently had an AOM in the specialty as well as an owner/handler group placement as he works on his Grand CH.
Ziva (Kidkees Make No Mistake CGC RN) is busy in agility classes, and was WB at the MHKC specialty for a major. One major to finish! She is making therapy dog visits in her spare time.
